Testing Lead

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software testing activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA engineers, define testing strategies, ensure product quality, and collaborate closely with development, product, and business stakeholders. Because apparently software doesn't magically become bug-free just because someone said "we tested it."

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers and Test Analysts.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Manage functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple releases.
• Review requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Track, prioritize, and manage defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks where applicable.
• Monitor testing metrics and provide status reports to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in release planning and production validation.
